One World Drum!

This week we had One World Drum Co. in our school as a music residency! Thanks to Roger for the hilarious lessons and informative teaching style! He brought a lightness and connectedness to music and drumming! The Kindergartens all lit up with excitement at the chance to play drumming games. The Gr. 1-6 all improved so much and even though our hands were all hurting afterwards, we enjoyed our time drumming on the Djembes so much and here is an audio clip of the Gr. 5/6’s practicing and some photos of our drum circle!
